Anti-Counterfeiting

Due to the ease with which cards can be duplicated and counterfeited, please consider implementing anti-counterfeiting technology into your card. HID Global offers embedded and surface holograms, ultraviolet and infrared inks, micro printing, taggant and digital watermark technologies, and numerous other anti-counterfeiting features.

Holograms have been required by MasterCard® and Visa® for years. Passports, immigration cards, currency, and government travel documents also use holograms and other anti-counterfeiting features. It is time for the access control industry to catch up!

We believe in this so strongly that our "standard" cards all include anti-counterfeiting technology.
