Director of Sales-HID Global

Location: Hong Kong

Summary

Manages assigned sales personnel and related sales activities by performing the following duties personally, or through subordinate personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Develops and implements territory sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
•Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
•Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
•Monitors and evaluates the activities of RSM’s.
•Prepares periodic reports showing RSM activity.
•Ensures RSM’s meet their particular sales plan.
•Assigns sales territory to RSM’s.
•Maintains sales and sales support with existing accounts.
•Develops new accounts.
•Represents Company at trade shows or association meetings to promote product.
•Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with RSM’s
•Meets with key clients, assisting RSM’s with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
•Coordinates liaison between sales department and other related departments.
•Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
•Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises and directs RSM’s assigned to the territory of South East Asia, Japan,
Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Supervises administrative staff assigned
to the territory.

Education and/or Experience
•Must be educated to A-Level Standard or preferably a degree in a related subject.
•Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
•Must have excellent telephone/interpersonal/communication skills.

Oracle Functional Support, Manufacturing

Location: Irvine, CA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Provide daily Oracle support in the manufacturing area
•Train users on existing and new system features
•Open and resolve service requests using Oracle’s Metalink
•Consult and advise on Oracle Applications capabilities and new features
•Act as a liaison between users and developers
•Participate in new implementations
•Perform system admin. tasks

Required Knowledge / Experience:

•BS/BA Required
•3 to 5 years working with Oracle 11i modules including Inventory, Engineering, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Purchasing, Order Management, Receiving and Shipping.
•New company implementation experience
•Good written and verbal communication skill.

Sr. Cost Accountant

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

HID Global is looking for a seasoned Senior Cost Accountant who can help lead Finance in establishing business best practices.  A strong individual not just for the day-to-day functions, but who can help create strong internal controls.  Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for operations planning and execution.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·          Collecting and analyzing data to determine cost of business activities including costs of raw materials, inventory and labor.

·          Analyzing changes in product design, raw material, manufacturing processes or services provided to determine their effects on cost.

·          Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual manufacturing costs.

·          Conducting and analyzing cost audits and generating related reports.

·          Developing estimates on new and proposed product or service costs.

·          Compiling cost information to be used in the preparation of the facility’s operating budget.

·          Recommending cost efficiencies relative to new product layouts.

·          Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and the profitability of products and/or services.

 

 

Required Knowledge / Experience:

 

·          B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·          A minimum of five (5) years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

·          Strong knowledge of cost accounting concepts, practices and procedures.

·          Proficiency in MS applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

·          Proficiency or familiarity with Oracle highly desired

Projects Administrator - IT

Location: Irvine, CA

The IT Projects Administrator position is responsible for providing Project Coordination & Administration support for the enterprise applications and overall Information Technology initiatives. The position requires someone who is inventive, extremely detail oriented, very organized and flexible. Knowledge of software, hardware and web applications is required.

The ideal candidate will have a background as an Administrator or Project Coordinator at enterprise level projects. This is a visible position and requires someone who is able to work well with financial, operational and IT staff and vendors. The Project Administrator would also assume the administrative aspects associated with managing an Information Technology department thus allowing the Senior Manager to focus on the success of his stated goals.
